Mozilla packages need mesa-10.2 stable in order to stabilize the major-version-31 ebuilds.  Although the current stable version of mesa (10.0.x) technically suffices as a dependency, there were some performance issues on various platforms when used with the current stable mesa; enough so that I would really not like to downgrade the dep.
