I have created a new ebuild for media-libs/gexiv2-0.10.2 since the projects homepage moved and the version progressed a lot.

By that I am hopefully fixing bugs #492436 and #469202

I need a working gexiv2 python module, so I bumped it myself.

First version:

Until this is fixed in official tree, I will try to keep a working ebuild in my overlay.

You have added dev-libs/gobject-introspection dependency.
dev-libs/gobject-introspection contains PYTHON_TARGETS="python2.7" but not 3.3 or 3.4.
I tested GExiv2 0.10.2 with python3.3.
Introspection is working with python3.3, too.
So IMHO, if this dependency is necessary, then it is necessary for python2.7 only.
