After fixing app-arch/unp-2.0_pre7 to build:

 * Problems with installed bash completions were found:
 * 
 * 	unp: 'have' command is deprecated and must not be used.
 * 
 * For more details on installing bash-completions, please see:
 * https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Bash/Installing_completion_files

Long story short, upstream needs to remove the 'have' line and enable the completion unconditionally.
