well, why not making ebuilds for some good working win32 apps unter wine. ;-) this is my 1st try to make such an ebuild. PVAStrumento is a tool to convert files recorded with a DVB PC-card in PVA-format to regular MPEG2 program streams. It can also be used to "repair" existing MPEG2 PS for further processing. Since this tool is needed for DVB-recordings and there's no such tool for linux, we need it this way. It works perfectly under wine! I install it under /opt/win32/${P} and create some shellscript-wrappers in /opt/bin. I hope this is a good choice and I also hope to give a platform for further win32-apps... ;-) *.desktop and an icon will also be installed. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce:
Created attachment 32400 [details] pvas-2.1.0.9.ebuild prefered location media-video
Created attachment 32401 [details] pvas.desktop desktop file, but it into $FILESDIR
Created attachment 32402 [details] pvas.png icon. put it into $FILESDIR
Created attachment 34157 [details] pvas-2.0.30.ebuild SLOT="2.0"
Created attachment 34158 [details] pvas-2.1.0.9.ebuild SLOT="2.1"
Created attachment 34159 [details] pvas.desktop common desktop-file. -> ${FILESDIR}
I had some Problems with the latest 2.1.0.9 release, so I made an additional ebuild for the latest 2.0.x version, which works perfect. But the 2.1.x versions has more features! but now, you can have both versions installed. ;-)
We are not adding wine stuff into the tree. WONTFIX.
