Current stable MMagic emits following warning with Perl 5.18
defined(@array) is deprecated at /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.18.2/File/MMagic.pm line 1122.
	(Maybe you should just omit the defined()?)

we should stabilize at least 1.280:
