Renaming 2.6 works fine for me (inc FEATURES=test)

while adding more ebuilds, mind you clean old versions? possible 2.3.1, 2.5? since 2.4 already stable, and keep 2.6, 2.7 testing would enough?

thanks for the quick turnaround. I have no problem cleaning older stuff out. As a user, I haven't seen the abi remove functionality. Also, we should really stablereq newer versions.

my suggestion: stablereq 2.6 (since we have bug 501082) and punt 2.3.1, 2.5 (as suggested).
