Hi,
since the version bump from v0.1 to v0.9 sddm has no buttons (in the upper right corner) for shutdown/reboot. It was all working with sddm 0.1.

I have build sddm with the consolekit setting and removed the "nox11\" entry as suggested by the installer (did that already in v0.1).

Not sure if it is duplicated. Reopening. Previous bug was about menu entries in DE. This bug is about sddm itself. I will investigate it additionally.

@Philip P.: what init system are you using?

Also, do you have halt/reboot entries in your DE menu?

I am using OpenRC.
And yes, it is all working in the DE's (so not a duplicate). Only the shutdown/reboot buttons from the SDDM login interface are missing.

The problem is because of sddm if failing to correctly determine upower is present.

With attached patch it works. I will fix ebuild with this patch temporary and ask you to test if it works for you.

I will look for real solution later, so this bug should stay open.
