something must have changed in latest ebuild file, because xchat-1.9.2 did
emerge previously. it stops with following message:

/bin/sh ./mkinstalldirs /usr/share/pixmaps
 /bin/install -c -m 644 ./xchat.png /usr/share/pixmaps/xchat.png
ACCESS DENIED  open_wr:   /usr/share/pixmaps/xchat.png
/bin/install: cannot create regular file `/usr/share/pixmaps/xchat.png':
Permission denied

Should be fixed by bug 5419, updated ebuild...

updated ebuild works fine. could maybe someone put it into rsync?
