Summary says its all.. Just renamed ebuild and it emerged okay..

Also, both version 1.0.0 and version 1.0.1 is out.
Renaming the ebuild worked for those too, it compiled fine.

Had to emerge rb_libtorrent-1.0.1 twice though because after the first time deluge could not find the .so file (which changed name from 7 to 8), but a revdep-rebuild emerge rb_libtorrent again and then it was ok.
(same procedure is also neccessary for downgrading from 1.0.x to 0.16.x)

Please add 0.16.17 as stable and 1.0.0/1.0.1 as unstable packages to portage!
