app-backup/rsnapshot-1.3.1-r2 is unstable now and app-backup/rsnapshot-1.3.1-r1 cannot emerge with perl-5.18. I think, it is another bug?

Thanks to Chris Smith who reported this in bug #490486. Converted PATCHES array to src_prepare() function. It was supposedly fixed in -r1 already.
Ebuild for rsnapshot-1.3.1-r1 does not include this patch: >src_prepare() { > epatch "${FILESDIR}"/${P}-cp_al.patch >}
