After upgrading to perl-5.18 my logs are filled with:

_WARN: Use of each() on hash after insertion without resetting hash iterator results 
in undefined behavior, Perl interpreter: 0x1cee010 at /usr/lib64/perl5/vendor_perl/5.18.2/Mail/SpamAssassin/AsyncLoop.pm line 363.

The URL in the description is the upstream bug for this. Initial testing of the patch looks good. Patch is at:
