While really needed for ppc-aix, I've "IBM JDK Version 7 Release 1 SR 1" (dev-java/ibm-jdk-bin-7.1.1.10) also merged successfully on amd64, and prepared for ppc, ppc64 and x86 too.

Download links provide different licenses for Linux and AIX:

http://sources.gentoo.org/cgi-bin/viewvc.cgi/gentoo-x86/licenses/IBM-J7.AIX?view=markup

Thanks!

Hi Michael

The following URLs are unreachable (time out):

http://prefix.gentooexperimental.org:8000/prefix-tree/raw-file/78107237c761/dev-java/ibm-jdk-bin/ibm-jdk-bin-7.1.1.10.ebuild
http://prefix.gentooexperimental.org:8000/prefix-tree/rev/78107237c761

Do you already have a working ebuild or expect us to knock one together?

Thanks.

haubi, we've last-rited it for now. It's up to you where to take it from here so I'll leave this open. At this point, I wouldn't bother with Java 7 and we may even drop that before long.
