Currently there is no start up script that works with systemd

A few can be found here https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Rtorrent#systemd_service_file_with_tmux_or_screen I've been using the screen one slightly modified.

Apparently I had a minor spelling error, I put requires=network.target local-fs.target instead of Requires=network.target local-fs.target
