If kdesdk is emerged with out cvs installed, when using cervisia you get a command not found error. Either Cervisia should ot be built if cvs is not present or kdesdk should depend on CVS. This still applies to kdesdk-3.3_rc2 Cervisia will not work with out cvs. So cvs should be added as a runtime dependency.
this is still true for 3.3.0 release - when will this enter portage?
