Created attachment 378586 [details] gmt 4.5.12 ebuild GMT has moved to 4.5.12 and also a new 5.x version. This should probably be slotted, as some users (myself included) need 4.5.X. I took a stab at updating the 4.5.9 ebuild to 4.5.12. I changed two things: enable shared libraries and pull in a new required sci-geosciences/gshhg for the coastline data (replacing sci-geosciences/gshhs, as GSHHS has a new structure and is called GSHHG now). I'm attaching ebuilds for sci-geosciences/gmt-4.5.12 and sci-geosciences/gshhg-2.3.0.
