I'm not sure whether mrtg or SNMP_Session need fixing. I'm using mrtg-2.17.4, SNMP_Session-1.13-r1, and perl-5.16.3 on a amd64 system. Reproducible: Always
http://tasos.pavta.com/myblog/2012/06/16/subroutine-snmp_sessionpack_sockaddr_in6-redefined/ seems to suggest patching both Net-SNMP and mrtg. It's an ancient blog entry so I wonder how subsequent versions of both packages didn't address this.
SNMP_Session seems to have already been fixed. RH is still carrying the patch.
Fixed in =net-analyzer/mrtg-2.17.4-r1.
