Bug 50988 – gentoo-artwork icon theme needs an index.theme

Changing icons by hand is far too much work.
Use an existing index.theme as a guide (there are plenty in gnome themes or kdeartwork).

don't bother posting patches for src_uri fixes... it is simpler to fire up vim

A preliminary index.theme file.

Unfortunately, I don't use GNOME, KDE or any other big DEs, so somebody will have to tell me whether the attached simple index.theme file that I've just created is any good. If it's not, I'd appreciate some pointers regarding what exactly has to be fixed.

I included the index.theme file in gentoo-artwork-0.4.2. If it doesn't work for someone, please let me know what's wrong with it.
