this is a new component in openstack i think. It's required by www-apps/horizon-9999

added, but in the future, we don't really support 9999 releases :D

to be honest, i dont use the horizon-9999 anyway, i cloned the horizon repository directly.

But still, it's nice to have the latest dev-python/python-saharaclient in Gentoo. And this is not a 9999.
