build fails in file /usr/include/libavutil/common.h:173:47: with message:
    error: ‘UINT64_C’ was not declared in this scope
while compiling audiorecorder.c.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. package.keywords, add =media-plugins/vdr-audiorecorder-0.1.0_pre14-r2 ~amd64
2. package.use, add
  =virtual/ffmpeg-0.10.3 mp3
  =media-video/ffmpeg-1.0.8 mp3

fixed wrong defined part

append-cppflags -> append-cxxflags
in ebuild.

this should be fixed the reported 'UINT64_C' problem.

but it will still fails on later compile part

vdr-audiorecorder-0.1.0_pre14-r3.ebuild

added several fixes, found it around vdr-portal.de...

btw. Makeopts=-j1 is not needed, there are no problems with multicore CPU's

Thanks for vdr-audiorecorder-0.1.0_pre14-r3.ebuild, compiles and merges.

Makeopts=-j1 was added only for documenting the failure.
