plasma-nm uses networkmanager's openconnect functionality, not the bare openconnect package.

Instead of depending on net-misc/openconnect, it should depend on net-misc/networkmanager-openconnect.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Attempt to activate an openconnect vpn connection using plasma-nm.
2.
3.
Actual Results:  
A message pane pops up to the effect of, "VPN component missing."

Expected Results:  
The connection should be initiated.

This is very similar to Bug 503378.
