I'd like to apply some updates to bzr.eclass. It would be nice if I could drop support for EAPIs 0 and 1 at the same time, because it would simplify things.

linuxdcpp-9999.ebuild is the last ebuild in the tree with such and old EAPI that is inheriting bzr.eclass.

Dropped to unstable and EAPI=1 versions removed.
