Steps to reproduce:
1. File a bug.
2. Tell Zero_Chaos you love him.

Actual result:
21:36 <@Zero_Chaos> ffs, why do people think I care about their opinions on bugzie? Bugzilla is for technical issues, not feelings.

Expected results:
Zero_Chaos is full of love.
