When I update net-dialup/ppp to version 2.4.2-r2 and I run etc-update updating the /etc/resolv.conf it had change the permission of this file. After that the connection was only avaiable only from the root.


Reproducible: Didn't try
Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge net-dialup/ppp-2.4.2-r2
2.etc-update (update the /etc/resolv.conf)

Actual Results:  
etc-update changes the permissions of /etc/resolv.conf

Expected Results:  
lets the permissions unchanged
