Bug 496648 – net-print/libgnomecups-0.2.3-r3 - missing dependency on gnome-common

The libgnomecups seems to be required for libgnomeprint, which is in turn needed by libgnomeprintui needed for wxGTK (used for gnuplot and kicad).  However, it does not compile anymore.  I am getting an error during configuration phase:

checking how to hardcode library paths into programs... immediate
checking whether stripping libraries is possible... yes
checking if libtool supports shared libraries... yes
checking whether to build shared libraries... yes
checking whether to build static libraries... no
./configure: line 11587: syntax error near unexpected token `maximum'
./configure: line 11587: `GNOME_COMPILE_WARNINGS(maximum)'

Attach full build log.

Anyway, looks like config.log is pointless here - the problem most likely is eautoreconf + missing gnome-common.

1) Please post your `emerge --info' output in a comment.
2) Please attach the entire build log to this bug report.
