Description Gino McCarty 2013-12-07 05:54:34 UTC
Both media-libs/gmtk-1.0.7 and media-video/gnome-mplayer-1.0.7

USE flags options don't properly reflect the support structure of the application.

Although I appreciate the eagerness of Gnome team to move to gtk3 many apps do in fact still support both builds (gtk2 as well as gtk3), and many users (like myself) are not quite ready to make the move..

Another thing to note here is that it assume a gio interface exists...

Thanks,

Reproducible: Always

Comment 4 Gino McCarty 2013-12-07 21:01:32 UTC
several issues are still outstanding here

gnome-symbolic-icons do not work and aren't needed with non-gnome users
should have gnome use flag.

with-gio should depend on gnome use flag.

please merge attached packages
