Stable for HPPA.
I'm hitting bug 430010 on my arm box, which is a regression compared to current stable.

This is a false positive and the test has been disabled. Arch teams, please restart stabilization with webapp-config-1.52-r1. This package has tests that rely on there being a user called apache on the system. I recommend bugging upstream about it. Package tests should be as hermetic as possible. Stable on alpha.
