Bug 488816 – x11-base/xorg-server-1.14.3 - problem with fonts on some video cards/drivers

After upgrading to xorg-server-1.14.3 
First my login manager slim is not showing any "username / password" text upon log in; now Openoffice-bin has no menu text on top.
Some other application were missing fonts (black entires) such as NX client.

Downgrading to x11-base/xorg-server-1.13.4-r1 solved the problem.

Reproducible: Always
