Working on it. Results so far: Missing dependency?

  1) Failure:
test_libxml(Bio::TestPhyloXMLWriter_Check_LibXML) [./test/unit/bio/db/test_phyloxml_writer.rb:31]:

I also got hit by bug 489712 (which has a patch available). For the rest everything seems ok on x86 and could be marked stable for x86.
