A notice about the possible instability of XFS+Preempt when recommending XFS  
during the install process, as performance people such as myself will enable  
both if left to our own devices, and then suffer the crashes. :(

new kernel, shouldn't be an issue any more since preempt isn't in xfs-sources.

Moving these so we can remove the "Install CD" component from "Gentoo Linux".

I apologize to everyone for this spam, but according to the bugzilla developers,
this is the only reasonable way to do this.
