Upstream do not have tarballs on google code but use either bitbucket or pypi. Few readme files are gone in latest release as well.

There are possible improvements mostly related to documentation. It can be built using sphinx which would produce even API documentation.

mutagen-1.22+ is needed by media-sound/beets update to 1.3.0+

Ebuild for mutagen 1.22

I've created an ebuild for 1.22.
Their google code page links to a download page on bitbucket, which I used for SRC_URI.
