The needed boost version is older than the new installed by emerge --sync 


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge --sync (various error in upgranding)
2. emerge -avC libreoffice-bin - (no error)
3. emerge libreoffice-bin 


Expected Results:  
libreoffice-bin in sync with the current portage tree 

I haven't the error log reinstalling libreoffice instead of libreoffice-bin
