I've started creating new, more awesome docs on the wiki: http://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Python I've migrated most of eclass docs. You need to review it, and we need to migrate all the remaining topics. Afterwards, we should drop the docs on project page.
I guess this is not going to be more done than it is now.
