its included in dev-texlive/texlive-latexextra so you should likely fix dibbler deps

I don't understand what should I do (the package was moved to maintainer-needed a day ago and I am "new" with it, but we need newer version stable due gcc-4.7 :S)

The current deps are the following:
DEPEND="doc? (
                dev-texlive/texlive-latex
                dev-tex/floatflt
        )"

What is wrong with depending in floatflt? Thanks for the info

replace this line with || ( tl-latexextra floatflt ) and you're done

(and check if it works with tl-latexextra rather than floatflt of course but it should)

the idea is then to keep floatfl in testing and rely on latexextra for stable?

yes since nobody is really maintaining floatflt I think
