We need to remember to stabilize this soon as it provides unit files for systemd. Feel free to CC arches when you feel it's safe

Please add yourself if I timeout in 30 days or so.  Need to check in detail for problems reported, because the exim ebuilds have had considerable changes next to the unit file.
