help the user to decide between ddrescue and dd_rescue by adding following lines to LONGDESCRIPTION

It's still useful though for some special features, such as direct IO, sparse copies, safe deletion (with a fast userspace pseudo random number generator), splice copies, preallocation...

Not sure if all those statements are true anymore after going and searching for the differences between the two of them today.
