help the user to decide between ddrescue and dd_rescue by adding following lines to LONGDESCRIPTION

The author notes on the website: Meanwhile, the tool GNU ddrescue has been developed and supercedes some of dd_rescue's functionality for what it was originally designed for. It's still useful though for some special features, such as direct IO, sparse copies, safe deletion (with a fast userspace pseudo random number generator), splice copies, preallocation...

Not sure if all those statements are true anymore after going and searching for the differences between the two of them today.
