I've had 0.4005 ( Gentoo 0.400.500 ) in the perl-experimental overlay for a while now due to upstream ( aka: me ) requesting recent versions.

But any more recent perl-core/Module-Build in tree, even hardmasked, would be welcome =)

Made a 0.400.700 Module-Build

I'm not proxy maint for MB, I just needed this for something I'd be maintaining and its thus a convenient place.
