kernel.xml.patch

I just added the new sources we have in the tree and removed the old sources we don't have anymore in the tree.

I added as security liaison the main developer that take care of the package, I don't know if we need to contact them to inform about it.

In my opinion vserver should be removed from the supported list. Please change it if you agree with me.

Thanks

I'm marking this a duplicate of bug 444149 for the following reasons:

1) The Kernel Security Project wiki page has a note at the top that the sub-project is basically defunct at the moment.

2) The Kernel Security sub-project needs a complete overhaul (and, IMO, really should not be a sub-project but rather treated similarly to other vulnerability bug reports with a few minor changes). We need to find a manageable solution for kernel security bugs which is going to require a lot of collaboration with the maintainers and the rest of the security team to determine the best way to handle these bugs.

I think by mid-2015, we may be in a better position to re-visit this topic and resolve bug 444149 then. Until that time, I would suggest that kernel security bugs still be filed like they have been.
