See homepage for the new version. Maybe only changed name of ebuild is needed. Also version 5.00-rc1 of memtest86+ is out but i dont found sources. But would be nice if the original memtest86 would be upgraded at first to 4.20. I am testing my ram because of overclocking at the moment ;-)

There is 4.3 beta out. If you look for the source code. It is included in the *.tar.gz files for linux.

Sorry about the wait Chris. As compensation, a slightly newer version.

Hello,

thanks for the update. But you should better update it to version 4.3.4 which is out since a week or so.

Also can you add or fix it that also memtest86.bsd file is build like in memtest86plus? Because I am one of these people who get the to small memory error message on grub2 with memtest86.bin linux file. So I have to use "knetbsd memtest86.bsd" if you understand me right.

best regards
chris

No sources for that version. Please file a new bug for new suggestions.
