Will look into this and attach a patch to test, I do not run openrc, can't test; if aynone else can / wants to look into this, feel free to let me know.

Please place the ebuild in

/usr/portage/net-proxy/http-replicator/

and the conf and init file in

/usr/portage/net-proxy/http-replicator/files/

then go back into the first directory and run `repoman manifest` after which you should be able to `emerge =net-proxy/http-replicator-4.0_alpha2-r2`. Note that the configuration file has changed between 3.x and 4.x. Feel free to let me know whether it works, or if I can improve something; let's get this to work before 4.0 lands! :)
