If I click on the calculator icon in the qt4-gui nothing happens. Log output shows "[searchToolBar] Toolbar:Cannot handle actionCalculator". Reproducible: Always I installed avidemux with following use-flags: media-libs/avidemux-core-2.6.4:2.6 USE="nls sdl xv -debug (-system-ffmpeg) -vdpau" LINGUAS="de -ca -cs -el -es -fr -it -ja -pt_BR -ru -sr -sr@latin -tr" media-video/avidemux-2.6.4:2.6 USE="nls opengl qt4 xv -debug -sdl -vdpau" LINGUAS="de -ca -cs -el -es -fr -it -ja -pt_BR -ru -sr -sr@latin -tr" media-libs/avidemux-plugins-2.6.4:2.6 USE="a52 aften alsa dts faac faad libsamplerate mmx opengl qt4 truetype vorbis vpx x264 xvid -amr -debug -fontconfig -fribidi -jack -lame -oss -twolame" LINGUAS="de -ca -cs -el -es -fr -it -ja -pt_BR -ru -sr -sr@latin -tr"

That the button is still there can be considered a bug though, but that's something you'll have to report upstream. I don't consider this worth a revision bump so I'll try to patch it away with the next version bump, if the upstream developers haven't done it themselves by then.
Ah, I didn't know that. What a pity! So how to calculate bitrate/filesize for 2-pass encoding? I would like to use this feature so bluray-encodes do net get too big... 2.5.6 did that very reliably (but has probs with some h264/vc1 files). Or how to estimate fileseze for a 1-pass encoding?

I have no other idea than guessing a good rate, try asking on their forum.
