I believe that the first problem for the realization of an ebuild is the absence of a direct link (here captcha is required for download: http://www.mhspot.com/sts/siptosis_download.php), I have not found no mirrors!

This is not a problem at all, RESTRICT="fetch" was devised precisely for that purpose.
