Hello, there seems to be a gentoo-only issue with the 'loading image' that appears while loading a webpage (this does not happen on other distros - something to do with how we emerge the sources?). As I'm unable to show this with a screenshot - I'm attaching a short video recording.

I've marked this as 'confirmed' because it happens for other people as well (confirmed by Daniel "lejonet" Kuehn).
