gnome-doc-utils-0.20.10-r1 failed to build when first install

seems something wrong with xml2po

When update from old version(0.20.10), it's ok since it loads xml2po from the old installation in the system.

And 0.20.10 seems fine.

Are you sure you are using latest ebuild?
