We all need it: A Tool that sets the NumLock Status for X everytime X starts. 
Since X is reseting the NumLock Status everytime you restart X.

sorry, this one was allready made by someone. it's bug: 4110   
maybe it's a good idea to make one of it. i think some things in mine are   
better but the other is not bad too. and i think the license is an EDB style 
license and not GPL.
