I wrote a small and incomplete openrc's rc-update -> systemd's systemctl enable migration script.
The idea is to read the openrc configuration and setup the corresponding services if available.

I just want to toss the idea here for now...

I haven't tried it, I manually added the services. I admit it's sometimes a bit difficult because one init.d file now have two or more .services provided by the same package (networkmanager, abrt...) but I guess script doesn't fix that and that can only be solved documenting it more
