a new version of noip-updater came out
just need to version bumps the ebuild and it works
and the file files/noip2.start needs to be edited a bit
to change /etc/no-ip2.conf to /usr/etc/no-ip2.conf

/usr/etc? What's this? Shouldn't we just "fix" the path in the program itself?
