For future reference, I spend most of my life in #gaim and monitor their sf.net releases so there is no need to notify me of releases.  I do appreciate the concern though.

gaim-0.76 is now in portage.  No CJK patch for now.  Also I've abandoned the Gentoo branding patch that chutzpah and I were playing around with in 0.75-r11.  More trouble than it was worth.
