After install apache not start in default configuration:
out slep # /etc/init.d/apache2 restart
apache2          | * apache2 has detected an error in your setup:
apache2          |AH00526: Syntax error on line 60 of /etc/apache2/modules.d/40_mod_ssl.conf:
apache2          |Invalid Mutex directory in argument file:/var/run/apache_ssl_mutex
apache2          | * ERROR: apache2 failed to start

As openrc support tmpfiles, probably not a bad idea to add apache_ssl_mutex file creation script in tmpfiles ?

This is most likely a dup of bug 438758.
