app-misc/ca-certificates-20130119 installs the following extra files into '/' control.tar.gz, data.tar.gz and debian-binary.

Renaming the old ebuild in my local overlay and using it instead solves the issue, so a problem with the new ebuild is causing the problem.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -1 ca-certificates
2.
3.
Actual Results:  
The extra unneeded files mentioned above get installed into the root directory.

Expected Results:  
Install only the requested ca-certificates and not the additional unneeded files in '/'.
