Bug 462052 – dev-lang/mono: does not respect libdir

$ mono ./TikzEdtWForms.exe 
The assembly mscorlib.dll was not found or could not be loaded.
It should have been installed in the `/usr/lib/mono/4.5/mscorlib.dll' directory.

while mono is installed in /usr/lib64.

We know the problem, we expect to create new eclasses to:
- Drop *-sharp splitting as it's currently unmaintainable -> bug 382491
- Stop forcing mono stuff to be installed in lib64 as that are not really arch dependent (like occurs with udisks/consolekit...)

The problem is the usual... I don't have time to make the changes :S
